Our Narcotic Analgesic guide covers the sign and symptoms of narcotic analgesic use and withdrawal.  This was developed to spot signs of impairment after someone overdoses on an opiate and is revived with Naloxone (Narcan).  A sample narrative is included as an example of documentation of an opiate overdose.  This narrative can be tailored for law enforcement purposes, or to help your organization document an incident for liability reasons.
